SPECIALTY LINENS ARE A SIMPLE WAY TO MAKE A BIG STATEMENT. You can incorporate a color of your wedding into the linens and it will transform the room. White and Ivory are the typical color of linen that is included with most facilities. So when creating your budget try to leave $300-$500 for linen depending on how many guests you have.
Linen Sizes:
72” table holds 10-12 guests – 132” goes to the floor, 120” goes ½ way down, 90” square will cover the top of the table and will leave 4 points going down the table. This is the size that most facilities have. A 72″ table Seats: 10-12 guests.
60” table holds 8-10 guests – 120” goes close to the floor, and 90” round will go ½ way and a 72” square will just cover the top of the table.
48” table seats 6-8 guests but is mainly used for the sweetheart table, cake table, sign in table. A 108″ linen will go to the floor, a 120” will go to the floor and puddle at the bottom. A 90” round almost hit the ground but will be a few inches short.
6′ x 30″ tables are used for place card tables, buffet tables, gift tables and so much more. You can also use them for dining tables that sit 6 to 8 people (6 is much better.) The correct linen size for this is a 6′ table drape that measures 90″x132″.
8′ x 30″ Table seates 8-10 people and is used for dinning tables, gift table, buffet tables and place card tables. The correct linen is an 8ft table drape that measures 90″ by 156″.

IF YOU ORDER THE LINEN OUTSIDE OF YOUR VENUE MAKE SURE TO ARRANGE THE DELIVERY TIME WITH THE LOCATION SO THAT IT IS DELIVERED BEFORE THE ROOM IS SETUP. Most facilities will order the linen for you and some don’t allow you to bring in outside linen. So check first before ordering. There is nothing worst for a facility when they have the entire staff there to set the tables and there are no linens for them to do so.
